Sound or Doodle’s voice is quiet

Check the device volume and the app’s separate sound, music and voice controls in Settings. For spoken prompts, make sure your device has a text-to-speech voice installed. Restart the app if a voice was just added.

Playing without internet

The first five adventure levels are available offline for free. Other free adventure levels need internet. Premium enables offline play across all adventure levels; buying or restoring Premium still needs a connection.

A purchase is missing

Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase. Open the Premium area and choose the restore-purchases option with an internet connection. If access still does not appear, contact us with the app version, device model, and your Google Play order reference. Never send card details or passwords.

For refunds, read the refund policy. Store-managed transactions follow the store’s refund process and applicable rights.

Keeping or removing a drawing

Use the app’s Gallery to view and manage saved artwork. Drawings are stored on your device; uninstalling or clearing app data can remove them. Website drawings last only until you leave or refresh this page, unless you download them.

Something still doesn’t feel right?

A parent or guardian can email us. Tell us what happened, the device model, and your app version. Please avoid sending a child’s name, photo, location, or other personal information.
